Theo runs a very busy schedule and I can see why. He is a hands-on owner and manager fueled by his passion for food and coffee. And to balance the scale, Sebastian, his brother, oversees the strict quality control and creates the wonderful coffees served up at the counter.

I was able to squeeze into their very tight schedule to share with you a modus vivendi you hardly see in this region. I have never revered coffee the same way again when I met Theo and Seb back in 2010. I became an inspired convert.
